Customer Review: 3 years of use for 30 bucks isnt bad.

A well used machine started having major trouble the first time I put hard water in it after 3 years of heavy use. I've tried vinegar several times to no avail and I'm sorry to say I'm ready to let it go. The handle on the glass jar broke off after the first year, no big deal but I also had to be very careful to put very cold water in the machine or it would taste burnt. I was only making espresso shots which someone has mentioned that this machine is not made for?? That's news to me.
Overall 3 years of heavy use and I made my back after 3 months.
